Rosa Graf Toner, this is a calming, moisturizing toner which removes any residue left on the skin and keeps the skin smooth and soft. Cleansing and toning will make your moisturizers more effective. The Cleansing Toner adds moisture while helping the skin's own moisture to bind. It also helps to gently balance the PH. It is suitable for sensitive dry and mature skin. Its alcohol-free formula is mild and soothing, so skin doesn’t feel tight, dry, and uncomfortable. It feels refreshing on the skin.

Directions: Use after your morning and evening cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with your toner and use over your face and neck.
